Upon your arrival at Jammu Airport or Railway Station, you will be warmly greeted by our representative, who will assist you with your transfer to Katra. The drive to Katra is scenic, taking around 1.5 to 2 hours through picturesque landscapes. Once you arrive in Katra, check in to your hotel where you can take some time to relax and refresh after the journey. If you arrive early enough, you may begin your pilgrimage to the famous Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, a sacred temple nestled in the Trikuta Mountains. You can also opt to rest and prepare for the darshan the following day. In the evening, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of Katra, explore the local markets, or simply relax at your hotel. On Day 2, after breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Katra and begin your journey to Patnitop, a picturesque hilltop destination in the Udhampur district. Patnitop, located along National Highway 1A on the way to Srinagar, is known for its breathtaking natural beauty and cool climate. The name “Patnitop” is derived from the original term “Patan Da Talab,” meaning “Pond of the Princess,” as a pond once existed in the meadows where the king’s princess would often bathe. On Day 4, after a hearty breakfast, you will embark on a scenic 87 km drive from Srinagar to Sonmarg, a journey that takes approximately 3 hours. It is a popular base for treks to the Harmukh range, including routes leading to Nichnai, Vishensar Lake, Gangabal, and Nara Nag.
