The drive winds through scenic valleys, charming hill towns, and lush pine forests as you ascend into the Himalayas. Arrive in Manali by evening and check into your hotel. Enjoy a warm dinner and settle in for a restful night, preparing for the adventures ahead in this beautiful mountain town.

Early morning drive from Manali to Sarchu, beginning a scenic journey through the high Himalayas. Cross the majestic Rohtang Pass at 13,050 ft and pass through the picturesque villages of Keylong, Jispa, and Darcha, each offering stunning views and glimpses of local mountain life. Continue ascending to cross the rugged Baralacha Pass at 16,020 ft, where snow-covered peaks and stark landscapes create a dramatic setting. Arrive at Sarchu by late afternoon, a windswept plateau on the border of Himachal and Ladakh. Enjoy a warm dinner and overnight stay in a fixed campsite under the starlit sky.

Early morning departure from Sarchu after breakfast for the journey to Leh. Cross the high mountain passes of Nakeela and Lachalung-La at 16,617 ft, followed by a lunch break at Pang. Continue driving across the expansive Skyangchu Thang plateau, stretching over 42 km, and then ascend to cross Taglang-La, one of the world’s highest motorable passes at 17,585 ft. Descend into the scenic upper Indus Valley and arrive in Leh by evening. Check into the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Morning – Rest and Acclimatization: After the long and high-altitude journey, spend the morning at leisure to rest and allow your body to acclimatize to Leh’s altitude. Relax at the hotel or take a gentle walk through the peaceful surroundings. Afternoon – Visit Shanti Stupa: In the afternoon, visit the beautiful Shanti Stupa, a white-domed Buddhist monument located on a hilltop. Early Morning – Departure to Pangong Lake: Begin the journey with an early departure from Leh to Pangong Lake, located about 145 km away, near the Indo-China Border. En route, cross Chang-La Pass at 17,370 ft, one of the highest motorable passes in the world. Day at Pangong Lake: Upon arrival, spend the day sightseeing around the stunning Pangong Lake, known for its striking blue waters and breathtaking mountain backdrop.
